Organizational Objective

• To conduct various campaigns for social justice and equality
• To implement economic and social empowerment, capacity building, and advocacy programs for deprived communities
• To organize communities and run campaigns to eliminate gender inequality and caste-based discrimination
• To collaborate, coordinate, and build relationships with various networks to achieve organizational goals
• To facilitate school enrollment of Dalit and marginalized children and increase access to quality free education
• To implement programs on skills development, food security, livelihoods, income generation, and entrepreneurship to reduce rural poverty
• To coordinate and collaborate with groups, organizations, and national and international institutions as needed
• To implement drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs
• To implement programs for the rights, rehabilitation, and economic empowerment of Harwa-Charwa communities
• To implement climate change adaptation and environmental protection programs for building disaster-resilient communities
• To develop and mobilize youth for social transformation campaigns
• To promote health services in communities and operate ambulance services
• To regularly conduct monitoring, evaluation, learning reviews, documentation, information dissemination, and experience sharing
• To strengthen institutional development through capacity building of staff and executive members and establishment of a resource development center
• To promote research, publication, and use of new technologies
• To strengthen institutional governance by supporting effective implementation of rights and systems in coordination with government bodies
